Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Consultation services are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the information provided.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment via approved third-party payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
All payments are final unless otherwise noted in a specific refund policy for a given product or service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products & Courses
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, workbooks, online courses, and recordings, are final.
Due to the immediate, electronic delivery of these materials, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Phone Consultation Services
Refunds for consultation services are only available if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund.
Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without providing notice are considered a no-show and will not receive a refund.
Rescheduling may be available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
